      对传统外旋式纸浆浓度变送器在测量算法和标定方式上进行了改进,增加了干扰补偿功能。介绍了改进后的外旋式纸浆浓度变送器的工作原理、系统组成及测量算法。着重阐述了应用改进后的外旋式纸浆浓度变送器测量过程中的标定、实验方法及计算过程。应用实验表明,改进后的外旋式纸浆浓度变送器测量结果与纸浆实际浓度非常接近,测量误差较小。
Abstract:
      The traditional external rotating-type pulp consistency transmitter had been improved in the measurement algorithm and the calibration method. The function of disturbance compensation had been added to the new transmitter as well. The operating principles, the system composition as well as the measurement algorithm of the improved external rotating-type pulp consistency transmitter had been introduced in the paper. With the measuring instrument being improved, a new measurement algorithm distinct from the conventional one has been proposed, which emphasized on elaborating the calibration of measurement process, the experiment processing and the calculation process. The experiment results showed that the measuring results of the improved external rotating-type pulp consistency transmitter were very close to the actual concentration value, which meaned the measurement error was much smaller.
