中文摘要:
      采用离线振动监测技术系统和振动监测故障诊断技术追踪研究设备基础刚性不良引起较大振动的规律性。结果表明,设备基础刚性不良的振动频谱特征表现为速度均方根最大值主要在1倍转速频率处,且水平向速度均方根最大值远比垂直向和轴向的大;实践应用表明,增强基础刚性可有效减轻此类故障设备的振动,减少振动带来的危害。
Abstract:
      In this paper, off-line vibration monitoring system and vibration monitoring faults diagnosing system were used to measure high vibration of equipment on the basis of the foundation with unhealthy rigidity. The vibration frequency spectrums characteristic indicated that the amplitude mainly appeared in double RPM frequency and the amplitude in the horizontal direction was higher than other directions. Practice experience proved that the vibration could decrease effectually by enhancing the rigidity of foundation.
