Cognition and Thinking of China’s Paper Industry Development under the New Normal

Abstract:

      This article points out that the status and role of the paper industry in China’s national economic development is extremely important under the new normal of the current economic development and believes that the paper industry development has experienced a transfer from high-speed growth period to mature period with middle-high developing speed, the development of paper industry trends toward slowing. The outstanding problems including resources and environmental constraint faced in development of the paper industry are analyzed, the paper puts forward the development path of the paper industry under the new normal such as increasing environmental protection, implementing ecological development and strengthening technological innovation.
