Abstract: |
In this paper, the factors affecting the thermal conductivity of the nanocellulose-based thermal composites were discussed, including the interface between nanocellulose and thermal conducting filler, the filler distribution, the filler size and addition amount, etc. Besides, the recent research status and progress of the composites were summarized. Finally, the development direction of the composites was reviewed and prospected. The results would provide a reference for related researchers. |
