以环己烷结合超声处理为萃取方法,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法检测食品用纸制品中3种抗氧化剂的含量。结果表明,环己烷结合超声处理的萃取方法对3种抗氧化剂的分离效果良好,GC-MS联用法出峰峰型对称性好,3种抗氧化剂在0.01~0.50 mg/L范围内的线性关系良好(相关系数r>0.9990)。在3种浓度的添加水平下,此方法的加标回收率为90.7%~98.2%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~4.5%,此测定方法的定量限(信噪比S/N≥3)为0.25 mg/kg。GC-MS联用法前处理过程简单、易操作,结果准确度高,适用于食品用纸制品中3种抗氧化剂含量的测定。 |
Abstract: |
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method was used for determination of three antioxidants in food paper products with cyclohexane combining ultrasonic as the extraction method. The results showed that the cyclohexane-ultrasonic extraction method had good extraction effect towards the 3 antioxidants, the GC-MS method produced peaks with good symmetry for the tested samples, and the linear relationship of the three antioxidants was good in the range of 0.01~0.50 mg/L (r>0.9990). Furthermore, the standard recovery rates and the RSD were 90.7%~98.2% and 2.4%~4.5%, respectively at 3 different concentration adding levels; and the quantitative limit (S/N≥3) of the GC-MS method was 0.25 mg/kg. It was proved that this method was simple and easy to operate with high accuracy, and suitable for the determination of 3 antioxidants in food paper products. |
