      以油酸/乙醇/水混合液为反应体系,经水热法制备聚乙二醇表面改性羟基磷灰石晶须(PEG@HAPNW),随后抄造PEG@HAPNW纳米复合绝缘纸,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪、压汞仪和拉伸测试仪等对复合绝缘纸的微观结构、物理性能和电气性能进行表征。结果表明,不同PEG添加量条件下制备得到的PEG@HAPNW呈现不同的晶须形貌结构及尺寸。与纯纸浆抄造而得的纸张相比,PEG@HAPNW纳米复合绝缘纸的物理性能和电气性能均显著提高;当PEG@HAPNW(PEG添加量为5 at%)加填量为15%时,纳米复合绝缘纸的击穿强度和击穿电压分别为11.73 MV/m和715 V。
Abstract:
      The hydroxyapatite nanowires surface-modified by polyethylene glycol (PEG@HAPNW) was synthesized via hydrothermal method using oleic acid/ethanol/water mixture as reaction system and PEG@HAPNW insulating paper samples were subsequently prepared. The microstructure, mechanical and electrical properties of the nanocomposite insulating paper were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), laser particle size analyzer, mercury porosimetry, and tensile tester. The results showed that the PEG@HAPNW synthesized with different PEG adding amounts embodied different whisker morphologies and sizes. The mechanical and electrical properties of nanocomposite insulating paper were significantly improved compared with those of the control. When the solid content of PEG@HAPNW was 15%(PEG adding amount of 5 at%), the breakdown strength of the corresponding nanocomposite insulating paper was 11.73 MV/m and the breakdown voltage 715 V.
