Abstract: |
The preparation process of cationic cellulose nanofibril (C-CNF) was introduced in detail in this review. The reaction principle and research progress of three cellulose cationization pretreatment technologies—etherification, graft copolymerization, and electrostatic coupling, were analyzed emphatically, so as to provide a reference for the efficient preparation of C-CNF. In addition, the application and development status of C-CNF in the fields of pulp and papermaking, biomedicine, and dye adsorption were summarized as well. |
