      备浆是造纸过程中的重要环节,大多造纸企业的备浆过程都是间歇性的过程。在备浆过程中,需要同时兼顾备浆工段及造纸工段;由于备浆设备的启停缺乏科学的指导依据,工厂依靠人工经验对备浆设备进行调度往往易顾此失彼,达不到错峰用电以降低生产成本的效果。针对备浆设备调度目前存在的问题,本研究提出了一个基于运筹学方法的优化调度模型,应用整数动态规划的方法求解备浆设备调度问题。结果表明,该模型能够科学合理地确定备浆设备的加工时间,克服以往人力调度的不足,同时可保持较高的可用性和可靠性,模型生成的调度可降低备浆工段的用电成本。
Abstract:
      Pulp preparation is an important step in papermaking process, the process of which in most papermaking enterprise is intermittent, causing the technician to take both the pulp preparation and papermaking sections into consideration at the same time. However, due to the lack of scientific guidance for the start & stop of the pulp preparation equipment, papermaking mill relies more on manual experience to schedule the pulp preparation equipment, which often fails to achieve the effect of staggering peak power consumption and reducing production cost. Aiming at the existing problems in pulp preparation equipment scheduling, an optimal scheduling model based on operational research method—the integer dynamic programming was proposed in this study to solve the scheduling problem. The experimental results showed that the model could scientifically and reasonably determine the processing time of pulp preparation equipment, overcome the shortcomings of traditional human scheduling, maintain high availability and reliability; the scheduling generated by the model reduced the power cost of pulp preparation section.
