提高植物纤维在 N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)溶液中的溶解性能对Lyocell纤维生产过程具有重要意义。从学术研究和实际生产两个角度出发,在对纤维素结构,Lyocell纤维的发展、性能及应用简述的基础上,介绍了植物纤维在NMMO溶液中的溶解过程和纤维素的溶解机理,讨论了植物纤维在NMMO溶液中溶解性能的影响因素,总结了近几年国内外在改善植物纤维溶解性能方面的研究进展,以期为后续研究工作提供一定的借鉴。 |
Abstract: |
Improving the dissolution property of fibers in NMMO solution is of great importance for the production process of Lyocell. Based on a brief description of cellulose structure, the development, properties, and applications of Lyocell, the dissolution process of fibers and mechanism of cellulose in NMMO solution were introduced; the factors influencing the dissolution performance of fibers in NMMO solution were discussed. The research progress in improving the dissolution performance of fibers in NMMO at home and abroad in recent years was summarized, providing references for future research works. |
