      以亚麻木质素磺酸盐为原料,采用分离提纯-化学改性联合处理的方法制备木质素磺酸盐基染料分散剂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、紫外光谱及粒径分析仪等对染料分散剂结构和稳定性进行分析,并将染料分散剂用于分散蓝79和分散红73染料中,探究不同预处理方法和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)用量对木质素磺酸盐基染料分散剂性能的影响。结果表明,木质素磺酸盐经超滤法预处理后,所制备的染料分散剂的性能显著提高,且具有良好的分散性和热稳定性。木质素磺酸盐经超滤膜截留(截留分子质量为1000)且改性剂ECH用量为3 mmol/g时,所制备的染料分散剂性能最佳,其在分散蓝79和分散红73两种染料中的上染率分别为91%和88%,还原水解率分别为15%和11%。
Abstract:
      The dye dispersants were prepared by combining separation and purification and chemical modification using flax lignosulfonates as raw materials. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectrum, and particle size analysis were conducted to investigate the structure and stability of the dye dispersants. The as-prepared dye dispersants were added into disperse blue 79 and disperse red 73 to investigate the effects of different pretreatment methods and epichlorohydrin (ECH) dosage on properties of the dye dispersants. The results showed that ultrafiltration greatly improved the performance of the dye dispersants, endowing them with good dispersibility and thermostability. After ultrafiltration of flax lignosulfonates using ultrafiltration membrane with molecular weight of 1000, the resultant dye dispersants prepared with 3 mmol/g of ECH showed the best performance, with dye uptake in disperse blue 79 and disperse red 73 of 91% and 88%, and reduction hydrolysis rate of 15% and 11%, respectively.
