以模拟造纸初级污泥(以下简称污泥)中的特征组分——纤维和填料为研究对象,考察沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)与纤维在污泥脱水过程中的作用机理。结果表明,纤维/PCC具有协同促进污泥脱水的作用,与单独添加PCC或单独添加纤维相比,向污泥中添加纤维/PCC,污泥含水率、有效含水率、污泥比阻和压缩系数均有所降低,污泥净固体产率(YN)增大。通过进一步对比分析Zeta电位、污泥絮体粒径(尤其是D43)和絮体结合情况可知,纤维/PCC可通过Ca2+的桥接作用形成尺寸更大且刚性更强的絮体,达到协同促进污泥脱水的作用。 |
Abstract: |
Fiber and filler, the characteristic components of simulated papermaking primary sludge (hereinafter referred to as sludge), were selected as the research objects to investigate the reaction mechanism of precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) and fiber in dewatering process of the sludge. The results showed that fiber/PCC had synergistic effect in promoting dewatering, the moisture content, effective moisture content, sludge specific resistance, and compressibility of the sludge after adding fiber/PCC decreased, while the net sludge solid yield (YN) increased, compared with adding PCC or fiber alone. Further comparative analysis of Zeta potential, sludge floc size (especially D43), and floc binding demonstrated that fiber/PCC formed flocs with larger size and stronger rigid structure through Ca2+ bridging, achieving synergic promoting effect on sludge dewatering. |
