      本研究通过一步法热解含铁盐的造纸厂污泥(PMS),制备了铁掺杂生物炭材料(PBC),并研究了其对甲基橙的吸附性能。研究结果表明,造纸污泥在800 ℃下热解获得的生物炭材料PBC-800,在pH值为3、吸附时间为24 h时,对甲基橙的去除性能最好。PBC-800对甲基橙的吸附符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir吸附模型,吸附过程是化学吸附,最大吸附量为352.05 mg/g。
Abstract:
      In this study, iron-doped biochar (PBC) was prepared by one-step pyrolysis with paper mill sludge (PMS) containing iron salt, and the adsorption properties for methyl orange were studied. The results showed that the biochar material obtained at 800 ℃ had the best methyl orange removal performance at pH value of 3 and adsorption time of 24 h. The adsorption of methyl orange by PBC-800 conformed to the quasi-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir adsorption model. The adsorption process of PBC-800 on methyl orange was chemical adsorption, and the maximum adsorption capacity was 352.05 mg/g.
