      采用共聚策略,在聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)分子链中引入含有间位结构的间苯二胺(MPD),通过低温溶液缩聚,制备了共聚改性PPTA(MPPTA),利用沉析法得到MPPTA沉析纤维(pMPPTA)。将pMPPTA与PPTA短切纤维(cPPTA)混合后,通过湿法抄造和热压成形制备cPPTA/pMPPTA复合纸,探究了纸张定量及pMPPTA含量对cPPTA/pMPPTA复合纸性能的影响。结果表明,纸张定量及pMPPTA含量对复合纸微观结构影响显著。当纸张定量为90 g/m2及pMPPTA质量分数为60%时,cPPTA/pMPPTA复合纸的力学性能和介电性能较PPTA原纸显著提高,拉伸强度达32.27 MPa。
Abstract:
      M-phenylenediamine (MPD) with meta structure was introduced into the poly-p-phenylene terephthamide (PPTA) molecular chain via copolymerization strategy. The copolymerized modified PPTA (MPPTA) was prepared by low temperature solution copolymerization. Then MPPTA precipitated fibers (pMPPTA) were obtained by precipitation method. cPPTA/pMPPTA composite paper was prepared by combining pMPPTA with PPTA chopped fibers (cPPTA) via wet forming process. The effects of basis weight and pMPPTA dosage on the properties of cPPTA/pMPPTA composite paper were investigated. The results showed that basis weight and pMPPTA dosage had a significant influence on the microstructure of the composite paper. When the basis weight of cPPTA/pMPPTA composite paper was 90 g/m2 and the mass fraction of pMPPTA was 60%, the mechanical and dielectric properties of cPPTA/pMPPTA composite paper were significantly higher than those of PPTA original paper, and the tensile strength reached 32.27 MPa.
