      由于植物纤维的表征较为复杂,基于植物纤维理化性质的制浆造纸物性数据库尚未建立,这导致基于物性数据的机理模拟仿真存在较大困难,从而阻碍了机器学习等先进方法在制浆造纸模型开发过程中的深度利用。为此,本研究基于制浆造纸工业专业知识和数据库结构设计语言,开发了系统性表征植物纤维的方法,并构建了面向制浆造纸生产过程的物性数据库系统。本研究提出了一种物性数据库集成架构,可自动化采集开源研究数据,并对其进行结构化处理;该物性数据库可兼容大量植物纤维、基础化工物质和热力学计算模型数据,为开发面向制浆造纸工业的交互式模拟计算提供数据基础和技术支持。
Abstract:
      Due to the complexity of characterizing plant fibers, a property database system for pulping and papermaking process based on the physicochemical properties of plant fibers has not been established yet. It has posed significant obstacles in the realm of mechanism-driven simulations employing physical property data, thereby impeding the sophisticated exploitation of advanced techniques such as machine learning within the framework of pulping and papermaking models. Based on the professional knowledge of pulp and paper industry and database structure design language, a systematic characterization method of plant fibers was developed, and a physical property database system for pulping and papermaking process was constructed. The proposed integrated architecture of physical property database in this study could autonomously collect and structurally process open research data. It is compatible with diverse plant fibers, basic chemical substances, and thermodynamic model data, thereby providing a data foundation and technical support for the development of interactive simulation calculations in the pulp and paper industry.
