将木质素转化为高值化学品是可持续发展的重要途径之一。本研究通过浸渍-热解-还原策略,制备了一种可用于催化木质素氢解的CeO2负载Ni单原子催化剂Ni1/CeO2。研究发现,CeO2载体丰富的氧空位有利于Ni单原子在CeO2表面高度分散,同步辐射证明Ni原子可与4个O原子相连形成NiO4催化活性中心。Ni1/CeO2催化剂不仅在催化木质素模型物二苯醚(4-O-5)、苄基苯基醚(α-O-4)和2-苯氧基-1-苯乙醇(β-O-4)的氢解时具备优异活性,而且在催化木质素解聚时展现出良好效果,所得木质素氢解产物具有较好的应用前景。 |
Abstract: |
Converting lignin into high-value chemicals is one of the important ways for sustainable development. In this study, a CeO2-loaded Ni single atom catalyst Ni1/CeO2 that can be used to catalysis the hydrogenolysis of lignin was prepared by an impregnation-pyrolysis-reduction strategy. It was found that the abundant oxygen vacancies in the CeO2 supporter facilitated the high dispersion of Ni single atoms on the CeO2 surface, and synchrotron radiation demonstrated that the Ni atoms could be linked with four O atoms to form the NiO4 catalytic activity centre. The catalyst Ni1/CeO2 not only exhibited excellent activity in catalyzing the hydrogenolysis of lignin model compounds diphenyl ether (4-O-5), benzyl phenyl ether (α-O-4), and 2-phenoxy-1-phenylethanol (β-O-4), but also showed good performance in catalyzing lignin depolymerization, giving the hydrogenolysis products of lignin a good prospect for application. |
