      本研究使用食品级原料(石蜡和气相二氧化硅)制备了一种环保高效的纸张用防黏附涂料。探究了涂布量、石蜡/改性气相二氧化硅纳米颗粒(HSNPs)质量比和热处理温度对涂布纸超疏水性的影响,研究了涂布纸的机械性能、耐酸碱盐和防黏附特性。结果表明,当涂布量8 g/m2、石蜡/HSNPs质量比1∶5、热处理温度120 ℃时,石蜡/HSNPs涂布纸分别经过12次磨擦循环、6 000次水滴冲击、20 000次弯折等测试后,仍保持超疏水效果。石蜡/HSNPs涂料应用于纸杯后,涂布纸杯可对黏性流体展示出优异的防黏附效果。
Abstract:
      In this study, an environmentally friendly and efficient anti-adhesion coating for paper using food-grade raw materials were developed, specifically paraffin and fumed silica. The effects of coating amount, the mass ratio of paraffin to modified fumed silica nanoparticles (HSNPs), and heat treatment temperature on the wettability of the coated paper were investigated. Additionally, the mechanical properties, acid and alkali resistance, and anti-adhesion characteristics of the coated paper were examined. The results indicated that when the coating amount was 8 g/m², the mass ratio of paraffin to HSNPs was 1∶5, and the heat treatment temperature was 120 ℃, the paraffin/HSNPs coated paper retained its superhydrophobic properties even after undergoing 12 friction cycles, 6 000 water drop impacts, and 20,000 bending tests, etc., respectively. After paraffin/HSNPs coating was applied to paper cups, the coated paper cups could exhibit excellent anti-adhesion effects against various viscous liquids.
