      在不同金属离子存在的条件下,对脱脂棉纤维进行了碱法蒸煮,并测定蒸煮后棉纤维聚合度。结果表明,K+在一定程度上会促进棉浆中纤维素的降解,而Mg2+、Ca2+和Fe2+在一定程度上抑制了纤维素的降解。
Abstract:
      Similar to alkaline pulping, absorbent cotton was cooked by alkali in this experiment. This paper introduced the experiment conditions.The effect of different metal ions (K+, Mg2+, Ca2+ and Fe2+) on alkaline degradation of cellulose was studied. The copper ethylenediamine (CED) method was used to measure the viscosity of absorbent cotton pulp, then the degree of polymerization (DP) of the cellulose was derivated. The results indicated that K+ promotes alkaline degradation of cellulose in a certain degree; however, Mg2+, Ca2+ and Fe2+ have the opposite effects on the absorbent cotton fiber.
