      研究了以白云石矿粉为原料制备造纸填料的湿法研磨工艺,通过在砂磨机转速为3000 r/min下对研磨过程中主要影响因素的研究表明,影响研磨效果的因素依次为研磨介质与白云石质量比、研磨时间、分散剂用量。最佳研磨条件为:矿浆浓度60%,研磨介质与白云石质量比6∶1,研磨时间45 min,分散剂用量0.5%;研磨后的白云石粒径分布均匀,粒径小于2 μm的微粒可以达到66.2%,满足了造纸填料的要求。
Abstract:
      In this paper, the dolomite powder was used to prepare the paper filler by wet grinding process, the main parameters of the grinding were investigated. The results showed that the major factors affected the grinding efficiency were as follows: mass ratio of grinding balls to dolomite powder, grinding time and dispersant dosage. Under the condition with 0.5% of dispersant, 60% of slurry concentration, mass ratio of ball to powder at 6∶1, and grinding at 3000 r/min for 45 min, a paper filler containing 66.2% of particles smaller than 2 μm could be acquired.
