      采用离线振动监测系统,利用振动监测故障诊断技术和红外热成像技术长期对设备的无名大幅振动(非零部件故障振动)进行监测诊断研究,通过理论分析和诊断实例验证探讨主动力功率不匹配对设备振动的影响。结果表明,设备主动力功率不匹配将激发设备振动,导致设备振动幅度大,振动频谱特征是振动主频为1倍转速频率,所以,在设备更换传动电动机的维修中需要将功率匹配考虑在内,以免造成维修设备二次故障。
Abstract:
      The fault vibration frequency spectrums from the off line vibration measuring system and the thermal images from the IR system of visual camera, as well as the theoretical analysis and examples’ verification were used to study the large amplitude vibration of machines, which was not caused by components’ or parts’ faults. It was indicated that misfit of driving power to machines could stimulate equipment vibration so that the equipment vibration became higher and the main frequency in spectrums was 1×RPM frequency. So power matching should be considered in equipment maintenance for changing the motors for fear lest the second fault appeared.
