      纤维素纳米晶体(CNC)可形成具有虹彩现象的膜材料,但低强度降低了其光学应用价值。本研究以漂白阔叶木溶解浆为原料,采用硫酸法制得棒状CNC;以一级棉浆为原料,采用TEMPO氧化配合高压均质化处理制得长丝状纤维素纳米纤丝(NFC)。然后共混CNC和NFC制得具有较高抗张强度的共混虹彩膜。研究结果表明,当NFC与CNC配比为1∶1~2∶1时,NFC-CNC共混虹彩膜的抗张强度达到最佳值;且NFC-CNC共混虹彩膜的热稳定性优于纯CNC膜和纯NFC膜。
Abstract:
      The iridescent film could be prepared by cellulose nanocrystals(CNC), but low strength reduces its optical application value. In this study, bleached hardwood dissolving pulp was used as raw material pulp, the rod-like CNC was obtained by sulphuric acid hydrolysis method, the filament-like nanofibril cellulose (NFC) was prepared by TEMPO oxidation and high pressure homogenization. Then iridescent film with higher tensile strength was obtained by blending the two forms of nanocellulose. The results showed that, when the ratio of NFC and CNC was 1∶1~2∶1, CNC and NFC blend iridescent film had optimal tensile strength, and its thermal stability was better than the film made of CNC or NFC.
