      探究了溶解氧(DO)浓度对添加磁粉的微氧磁性活性污泥系统(简称微氧磁性活性污泥系统)处理五氯酚(PCP)效果的影响,并以未添加磁粉的微氧活性污泥系统(简称微氧无磁性活性污泥系统)作为对照,考察DO浓度在0.2~3.0 mg/L范围内时,有无磁粉情况下微氧活性污泥系统对PCP的降解效果及系统微生物活性和污泥理化性能。结果表明,与微氧无磁性活性污泥系统相比,DO浓度在0.2~3.0 mg/L时,微氧磁性活性污泥系统的PCP和CODCr去除率均较高,且当DO浓度为0.6 mg/L时,PCP和CODCr的去除率达到最大,分别为82%和63%。由于磁粉的存在,微氧磁性活性污泥系统的微生物活性与絮凝性能都得到增强,当DO浓度为0.6 mg/L时,脱氢酶浓度达到最高为227 mg TF/(L·h),胞外多聚物中的蛋白质与多糖的比值(PN/PS)达到最大为1.58;而微氧无磁性活性污泥系统中脱氢酶浓度为165 mg TF/(L·h),PN/PS为1.02。
Abstract:
      The effect of DO concentration on treatment of PCP by magnetic activated sludge in a suitable pH (pH value of 7) condition was studied, with activated sludge without magnetic as blank control. The effect of DO concentration on the removal rate of PCP and CODCr, the microbial activity and flocculation performance of the activated sludge system was studied. The experimental results showed that the treatment effect of magnetic activated sludge on PCP and CODCr was better than that of activated sludge without magnetic, especially when DO concentration was 0.2~3.0 mg/L. When DO concentration was 0.6 mg/L, the removal rate of PCP and CODCr reached maximum of 82% and 63% respectively, and with the increase of DO concentration, the removal rates decreased gradually. Due to the effect of DO concentration on the proportion and activity of aerobic microorganisms and anaerobic microorganisms in activated sludge system, the concentration of dehydrogenase and extracellular polymeric substance(PN/PS)reached the highest value at the value of DO concentration of 0.6 mg/L. The concentrations of dehydrogenase in the magnetic activated sludge system and non magnetic activated sludge were 227 mg TF/(L·h) and 165 mg TF/(L·h) and the values of extracellular polymeric substance were 1.58 and 1.02 respectively.
