      对F卫生纸厂原生浆系列及G卫生纸厂废纸浆系列卫生纸原纸生产线生产的卫生纸原纸及其浆料进行纤维染色分析,对比了用原生浆及废纸浆抄造的卫生纸原纸的纤维形态;并将原生浆与脱墨浆按不同比例混合,分析了脱墨浆配比对混合浆纤维形态的影响。结果表明,随脱墨浆比例的增加,混合浆荧光白度增幅较大;有效残余油墨含量基本呈上升趋势,但脱墨浆比例不超过40%时,有效残余油墨含量较低,不超过标准值(20 mg/kg)。随脱墨浆比例的增加,黄色机械浆纤维及未分散开的纤维束含量增加。
Abstract:
      Fiber morphologies of the virgin pulp and the tissue paper produced from the pulp (from mill F) as well as the waste paper pulp and the tissue paper produced from the pulp (from mill G) were analyzed, to figure out the fibrous morphology differences. Furthermore, by adding different percent of DIP to virgin pulp to figure out the effect of the DIP on the fiber morphology of the mixed pulps.Results showed that, with increasing percent of DIP, the mixed pulps had higher Rfluor and Eric value, which was no more than 20 mg/kg when the DIP percent was less than 40%. With increasing percent of DIP, there were more mechanical pulp fiber and undisintegratedfiber bundles.
