      为了提高稻草的酶水解葡萄糖得率,研究了SPORL法预处理对稻草主要成分含量的影响及主要成分的保留与纤维素酶水解效率的关系。结果表明,在SPORL法预处理过程中,亚硫酸氢盐对稻草的木素、纤维素、半纤维素和灰分均有影响,增加亚硫酸氢盐用量能够促进木素脱除和半纤维素水解,从而破除纤维素酶与纤维素接触的空间障碍,促进预处理稻草酶水解;增加亚硫酸氢盐用量还有利于提高预处理稻草纤维素保留率。木素的溶出与预处理稻草酶水解效率呈较好的正相关关系,这是SPORL法预处理与稀酸法的不同之处。
Abstract:
      In order to improve glucose yield converted from rice straw, effect of bisulfite pretreatment on chemical components of feedstocks, and correlation between the efficient of enzymatic hydrolysis and the remained chemical components were studied in the paper. The results showed that bisulfite had effects on lignin, cellulose, hemicellulose and ash content of rice straw in SPORL (Sulfite Protreatment to Overcome Recalcitrance of Lignocellulose) process. Bisulfite could promote the removal of lignin and hemicellulose hydrolysis, kept cellulose from degradation. Enzymatic hydrolysis of substrates was enhanced with increasing the amount of bisulfite. There was positive linear correlation between the removal of lignin and enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of substrate in SPORL pretreatment process. This was the difference between SPORL and dilute acid process.
