      芳纶纤维和云母均具有优良的绝缘性能,将这2种材料复合制备绝缘纸材料,可以有效改善单一云母纸绝缘材料的机械强度、柔软性能、可加工性能等;同时,又可提高单一芳纶纤维绝缘纸的耐温性能、耐电晕性能、使用稳定性。研究了芳纶纤维与云母复合制备绝缘纸的预先抄造-热压成型工艺,探讨了芳纶短切纤维与芳纶浆粕质量比和芳纶短切纤维长度、热压成型工艺对热压复合绝缘纸性能的影响。制得的复合绝缘纸的拉伸强度和介电强度较高,较单一云母纸分别提高了10倍和33.3%;TG-SDC图谱和体积电阻率分析结果表明,该复合绝缘纸具有优良的耐温性能和电气绝缘性能。
Abstract:
      Both aramid fibre and mica have excellent insulation properties and were extensively used for preparing insulation material. Aramid fibre and mica composite insulation paper was prepared for improving mechanical strength, flexibility and processibility of mica paper. Meanwhile, it could also improve the heat resistance, corona resistance and application stability of aramid fibre insulation paper. Preparation of aramid fibre and mica composite insulation paper with the technology of pre-production and hot pressing process was discussed in this paper. The influence of the ratio, length of aramid fibre and the temperature, time, pressure of hot pressing on the property of the composite insulation paper were studied in the experiment. Prepared insulation paper had excellent tensile strength and dielectric strength, which were 1000% and 33.3% higher than mica paper respectively. Meanwhile, excellent heat resistance and electrical insulation properties were displayed analyzed by TG-DSC atlas and volume resistivity.
