纸张由于来源广泛、造价低廉、易于加工、生物样品相容性较好、可降解等诸多优点,常被用作承载分析诊断测试的基底材料。自2007年起,纸基微流控技术逐渐成为研究的热点,并涉及医学诊断、环境监测、生化分析等多个领域。目前,纸基微流控芯片已成为一种新型的平台技术,在低资源配置地区的快速诊断检测领域显示出了较大的应用潜力。本综述主要针对2007年以后的纸基微流控芯片的研究进展及趋势做论述。 |
Abstract: |
Paper has advantages of abundantly available, low-cost, easy for modification, biocompatible and degradable, therefore, it has been commonly used as a substrate material for supporting analytical and diagnostic assay. Since the year of 2007, paper-based microfluidic devices have emerged as a hotspot of research, involving to the fields of medical diagnostics, environment monitoring and biological/chemical analysis. Currently, paper-based microfluidics has become a new platform with great potential applications for quick diagnostics and analysis particularly in the less developed areas. This review is focusing on the research progress and trend of paper-based microfluidic devices since 2007. |
